ADVERTISING PRICE LIST

APARTMENT ConNeXTion is published monthly and distributed FREE
at 150+ friendly local retailer & business locations throughout each market area.
New Listings Deadline: The last Friday of each month.
Listing Change Deadline: The first Friday of each month.
Publication and distribution: The following week with all sites stocked by Friday of the first full week of the month.
All listings are posted to our website by the weekend after receipt; so early listings get additional market exposure.
Display Advertisements must be ordered by the 15th of the month before publication.
All listings and display advertisements will run monthly unless modified or canceled by the above order dates.
STANDARD RENTAL LISTINGS
Sorted in area section by ascending rents.
1/6 page display box format (3.5" x 3.25") with photo.

All Standard Rental Listings include photo that we will take at no additional charge.
You provide the unit details only one time. We write the final descriptive text from the information submitted.
Your listing is kept in our data base for easy future runs. No charge for text changes.
