CHANGE A CURRENT LISTING or RENEW A PAST LISTING
Click LISTING CHANGE in the navigation bar above.
This is a quick online form for changes to existing listing, or to reorder any previously published listing.

NEW LISTING ORDERS may use our convenient forms to:

  •   Simply fill out on-line and click the Submit button.

  •   Save on your computer, type it out with Acrobat, print, and fax to 608-784-5535.

  •   Print a paper Order Form, fill it out by hand, and fax to 608-784-5535
     Please choose the appropriate Customer button for an Order Form.

You will need Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader to open and use the forms.
Select the "Hand" Tool to place cursor in the first field.
The Tab key will move you through the fields to the end of the form.
Click Get Acrobat for a free download of the newest version 6.0, if needed.
We have found that renter responses to your listing increase
with the amount of detailed information in the text description.
Therefore, we encourage you to fully complete the Order Form
so that we may write the most effective final text description for you.

Please check your listing on our web site on the Monday evening following your submission.
The quickest place to check is the New Listings tab (sorted by ascending rent).
If there are any errors, or if you want any changes in the text please call

We keep all listings permanently in our database to make it simple and convenient
to place your listing on subsequent vacancies for the same or similar rental units.
All subsequent text changes or modifications will be made with no additional charge.
So, it is well worth the effort to complete the original order with as much detail as possible.

The listing cost is $75 per month
 including photo, set-up, and descriptive text
APARTMENT ConNeXTion Rental Guide
is distributed during the second week of every month.
New Listing Deadline: The last Friday of each month.
Listing Change Deadline: The first Friday of each month.
Distribution to friendly stores on the following Friday and Saturday.

Listing orders are posted to the web site New Listings section every Monday morning.
All pre-publication web site exposure and renter call
referrals are included in the $75 listing publication cost.

This allows us to update the web site and renter referral database
and assures that you will not miss the next issue cancellation deadline.

Invoices are mailed upon magazine publication and due upon receipt.
Prompt payment is always greatly appreciated.
Please note the automatic renewal and changes terms at the bottom of your invoice.
