Simply fill out on-line and click the Submit button. Save on your computer, type it out with Acrobat, print, and fax to 608-784-5535. Print a paper Order Form, fill it out by hand, and fax to 608-784-5535 Please choose the appropriate Customer button for an Order Form.
We have found that renter responses to your listing increase with the amount of detailed information in the text description. Therefore, we encourage you to fully complete the Order Form so that we may write the most effective final text description for you. Click Order Help for definitions and suggestions for Order Forms
Please check your listing on our web site on the Monday evening following your submission. The quickest place to check is the New Listings tab (sorted by ascending rent). If there are any errors, or if you want any changes in the text please call 608-785-RENT (7368) or toll-free 800-747-6452
We keep all listings permanently in our database to make it simple and convenient to place your listing on subsequent vacancies for the same or similar rental units. All subsequent text changes or modifications will be made with no additional charge. So, it is well worth the effort to complete the original order with as much detail as possible.
The listing cost is $60 per month including photo, set-up, and descriptive text APARTMENT ConNeXTion Rental Guide is distributed during the second week of every month. New Listing Deadline: The last Friday of each month. Listing Change Deadline: The first Friday of each month. Distribution to friendly stores on the following Friday and Saturday. Listing orders are posted to the web site New Listings section every Monday morning. All pre-publication web site exposure and renter call referrals are included in the $60 listing publication cost. PLEASE CONTACT US WHEN YOUR UNIT HAS BEEN RENTED. This allows us to update the web site and renter referral database and assures that you will not miss the next issue cancellation deadline.
